Raffaella Cinti email Director of Operations, UK Hometown: Torino, Italia Education: Economics, University of Parma Favorite Vacation: Sardigna Favorite Event: Olympics Raffa fell in love with the Olympic Games when it was hosting in 2006 in her host city of Torino, Italy. She loves laughing and sharing emotions, experiences, meals and drinks with others. Like most Europeans, she speaks a plethora of languages. She has lived in Beijing, Vancouver, Johannesburg and most recently -- Rio -- while managing operations for Ludus. |

Adam Dailey Managing Director Hometown: Austin, TX Education: MBA, Univ. of Arkansas Favorite Vacation: Greek Islands Favorite Event: Olympics Adam oversees day-to-day management of Ludus, as well as new business development opportunities and overall Ludus strategy. As a former athlete Adam competed in the Olympic Trials in 2000. Rio 2016 will be his 5th Olympic Games. |

Ray Leonard Jr. email Vice President, Sales Hometown: Potomac, MD Education: Ohio University Favorite Event: Summer Game Ray joins us from his own company, Leonard Sports Management, where he oversaw a roster of many high profile clients from boxing to NASCAR. Ray also developed, managed and organized high-level events for celebrity clients and corporate organizations, increasing their exposure and market value. He brings great experience both in business and sports to the Ludus team. He is married with four children. |

Brian Melekian email Vice President, Operations and Strategy Hometown: Los Angeles, CA Education: USC (Univ. of Spoiled Children) Favorite Event: UFL Brian brings over 15 years experience in sports & building things – teams, stadiums & leagues. After joining the Los Angeles Galaxy in its infancy, he went on to help build & open the Home Depot Center and manage the daily operations for 4 years. Most recently he oversaw all operations for the United Football League. When you don’t find him work, he’s probably swimming, biking or running somewhere. |

Jessica Dailey email Vice President, Tours Hometown: Round Rock, TX Education: MBA, European University Favorite Vacation: Australia Favorite Event: Olympics At Ludus, Jessica is in charge of tours and is Ludus' Den Mother. She offers a great blend of business knowledge and passion for hospitality. Jessica was a former All-American standout at the University of Arkansas. She and her husband, Adam, competed at the 2000 U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials. She resides in San Diego with Adam and their two children. |

A former collegiate athlete, Larkin's passionate about sports—although favoritism will always lie with her Texas Longhorns. Larkin has lived abroad in Spain and Panama and enjoys blabbling in Spanish. |

Riley Stricklin email Account Manager Hometown: Wakefield, RI Education: University of Delaware Favorite Event: World Cup Originally from the small state of Rhode Island, Riley joins Ludus with a true passion for traveling, sports and the Olympic environment. Bringing with him his experiences working for ESPN as well as the Olympic and Action Sports division at Octagon, he couldn't be more thrilled to be putting his skills to use as a member of the Ludus family. When not in the office, Riley spends his free time surfing, playing soccer and just enjoying the active outdoor lifestyle that San Diego has to offer. |

Danielle Cotten email Festivals/Events Manager Hometown: Luzern, Switzerland Education: BA in Cultural Studies Favorite Vacation: India Favorite Event: Oktoberfest Danielle brings some European flair to Ludus! Coming from Switzerland, she will be the host for our Oktoberfest as well as the Pamplona tours. Danielle started coordinating events and parties as a teenager and worked as a Human Resources Event Manager for PwC in Switzerland prior to Ludus. Have a beer with her at the Oktoberfest and learn more about her passion for languages and cultures! |

Ashley Hernandez email Executive Assistant Hometown: Temecula, CA Education: San Diego State University Favorite Event: FIFA World Cup A former collegiate athlete from San Diego State, Ashley began coaching competitive soccer in Point Loma shortly after graduating in 2009. She considers playing and coaching soccer to be her biggest passions. passionate about playing and coaching soccer. When not coaching or playing, you can most likely find her at a concert. |

Trixie Bluvstein email Operations Coordinator Hometown: Milwaukee, WI Education: University of Wisconsin - Madison Favorite Vacation: Bucksport, ME Favorite Event: Summer Games After spending time coordinating events in Chicago, and a few years of skiing and snowboarding in Vail, Colorado Trixie has made her way to sunny San Diego to join the Ludus team. She is an athlete at heart competing in skiing, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and running all her life. Traveling is an obsession for Trixie which stemmed from a semester abroad in Rio, England and a summer backpacking to 14 European countries. She is beyond thrilled to head back to Rio this summer! |

He brings to the organization an interest in finance and accounting combined with enthusiasm for all sporting events. In his free time, Brennan enjoys playing basketball, running, hiking and reading. |
