**Package prices are per person and based on double occupancy. Airfare is not included. When applicable, there will be a single supplement charge of 50% and a custom package charge (anything different from our set packages) of 10%. To reserve your package, a deposit of $500 per person is due upon making your reservation.
**Cancellation Policy - Orders canceled prior to December 31, 2010 are fully refundable. Any order being canceled after December 31, 2010 will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the package total. After July 27, 2011, NO refunds are given, all sales are 100% final, and Ludus Tours accepts no cancellations under any circumstances for their services. After July 27, 2011 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
**Payment Policy - A $500 fully refundable (until 12/31/2010) deposit per person reserves your package until your first payment on December 31, 2010, which is when 25% of your package total is due. On March 31, 2011, 50% of your package total is due and on July 31, 2011, 75% of your package total is due. Your final payment (100% of your package total) is due on December 31, 2011.ic Packages and hotel rooms.
