 "In preparation for Pan Ams, my parents and I didn't know what to expect. I wasn't concerned about my own travel since I would be with Team USA, but my mom was pretty uneasy about making all of the arrangements for the trip due to the fact that it was a different country and many things are different there than in the United States. I told her about Ludus Tours and once she spoke to them, saw that everything was taken care of for you, and the Ludus guides are with you as needed, she was sold. Once she and my dad were signed up with Ludus, her relief was apparent and the excitement for the trip set in. | Dear Track & Field Tours:Thank you to all your staff for a most memorable experience at the
Athens Summer Olympics. Our family of 6 used booked through Ludus who were the greatest from start to finish. They arranged Hotel rooms, tickets to events and suggestions on what else to do while we were there. On arrival in Greece Jessica had researched transportation from the ship to Athens and given us three options, recommending the best she thought for us, emailed us pictures of our hotel and its rooms and directions to get there including greeting options. As we travelled through Europe by train Adam kept us abreast by email of happenings in Athens prior to our arrival and was there to greet us at the Hotel when we arrived. Your on board staff in Athens took us in as adopted family and made our teenage kids feel very much part of "the group". The event tickets were superb and if we needed anything your staff jumped and accommodated every request. Social time helped us from day one to connect with other familys and we have created new and lasting friendship with other athletes’ relatives.
